Frank Financial Services (FFS) is a fee based registered investment advisory firm with its headquarters located in Carlsbad, California. FFS provides Wealth Advisory Services including Financial Planning, Investment Management and Consulting to Individuals, Trusts, and Corporations. We specialize in people with busy lives including: executives, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, retirees.

FFS provides a educated and straight-forward approach to managing all aspects of our clients’ financial lives. By understanding your entire financial picture, we can identify critical interdependencies among investments, incomes & expenses, taxes, and insurance as well as business planning options and philanthropic decision-making. We recognize that our clients’ unique financial needs and goals change over time, so we offer a full range of financial planning, investment services and insurance services.

How We Differ from Our Competition
We differ from most of our competitors in several ways. First we are compensated through advisory fees paid by our clients, thereby allowing us to always work in our clients’ best interests. Most of our competitors (i.e.: the brokerage houses or large branded financial services companies) receive the bulk, if not all, of their compensation through commissions from the products they sell. Many times there are hidden commissions, fees and marketing kickbacks which are not transparent to the client that can influence their representatives to make decisions that are not objective. Therefore, the clients of these firms don’t always receive the most prudent nor objective advice, products or services. Because FFS is not compensated by commissions, we can always provide the most appropriate recommendations for our clients.

The second major way in which we differ from our competitors is that we create customized financial planning and investment solutions for every client. Many of our competitors use “cookie cutter” financial planning to lure clients in as a means to sell high cost products. FFS provides each client with a unique and specific solution designed with their unique goals and needs in mind.

Third, we differ through providing superior ongoing advice and service. Unlike our competitors who make large up-front commissions, FFS earns its revenue by maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. We have created a win-win relationship model where we are successful only if our clients are successful. However, we are never compensated by taking an a portion of the portfolio’s growth as this would potentially incentivize behavior that is too risky.
